Terms of Service

Welcome to NZVPN. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute an agreement between you and NZVPN regarding the use of the cross-border network acceleration service. Please read these Terms carefully before registering for or using the Service. By completing registration, making a purchase, or using the Service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Content and Scope

NZVPN is a network acceleration service designed for cross-border access needs, helping users connect stably to overseas websites and applications. The Service covers 120+ countries and regions, offers 220+ routes, and supports five major platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Different subscription plans include different data allowances, as shown on the purchase page. Users can use the corresponding data within the plan's validity period, and data resets monthly from the activation date. In addition to monthly subscriptions, the Service also offers data packs that last until used up and never expire, and are not deducted from or offset against monthly subscription data. The Service supports payment methods including Alipay, WeChat, and USDT.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Users do not need to provide an email address to register for the Service; simply setting a username and password is sufficient. Users should keep their account credentials secure. Any losses resulting from improper handling of credentials are the user's responsibility.

The Service does not limit the number of simultaneously connected devices. Users may log in to the same account on multiple devices they own. However, the account is for personal use only. Reselling, renting, lending, or sharing the account with others is prohibited. If discovered, the Service has the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

When users upgrade their plan, the unused portion will be prorated based on remaining days and applied as a credit toward the new plan, as shown on the checkout page.

3. Compliance Requirements

When using the Service, users should comply with the laws and regulations of their location and must not use the Service for any illegal or infringing purposes. This includes but is not limited to: using the Service to infringe others' intellectual property rights, disseminate illegal information, attack network systems, or interfere with normal network operations.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local legal requirements. Any consequences arising from illegal use of the Service are the user's responsibility, and the Service assumes no related liability. If the Service discovers illegal use, it has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Service.

4. Service Availability and Disclaimer Scope

The Service will make reasonable efforts to ensure stability and availability, but network environments are complex and ever-changing. The Service does not guarantee that the Service will be completely free from interruptions, delays, or errors. The Service is not liable for service interruptions or performance degradation caused by network operator failures, force majeure, system maintenance, equipment upgrades, or other reasons.

The Service only provides network acceleration and does not control the content of external websites accessed by users. Any disputes or losses arising from users' access to external websites are unrelated to the Service.

5. Account Termination and Policy Changes

If users violate these Terms, including but not limited to reselling accounts, illegal use, or interfering with Service operation, the Service has the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account without notice and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

The Service may update these Terms from time to time as needed for operations. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the update date. If changes involve significant adjustments to rights, the Service will notify users through on-site announcements or other means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Refund Policy

The Service supports no-questions-asked refunds. Within 30 days of the first payment, users can apply for a full no-questions-asked refund. Users can submit a refund request through the user panel, and the Service will process it upon receipt, with the refund returned via the original payment method. After 30 days, subscription fees already incurred are non-refundable; data packs last until used up and never expire.
